Today's Meals (made using my organic produce boxes purchased at school):

Breakfast: Fried egg sandwich with pluots on the side

Lunch: Spinach salad with orange segments and sunflower seeds, served with leftover sauteed zucchini and "chicken" over bulgar wheat.

Dinner: Swiss cheese and rainbow chard quiche, plus roasted red pepper tomato bisque.

Dessert: Strawberries and vanilla yogurt.
